Kenapa emas?

  

• Kajian yang dilakukan oleh Security Exchange Board of India mendedahkanbahawa emas merupakan pilihan kedua paling diutamakan di kalangan orang India selepas simpanan/deposit dalam bank. Peningkatan terhadap langkah-langkah liberalisasi telah mewujudkan pelbagai pilihan untuk melabur di dalam jongkong emas, syiling emas, dan akaun emas.
• Pendek kata, penduduk-penduduk di India ni dah lama menjadikan emas sebagai pilihan kedua untuk pelaburan. Kita di Malaysia ni bila lagi?

 

•  Studies conducted by Security Exchange Board of India reveal that gold has been the second most preferred option among the Indian public after deposits in banks.An increased pace of liberalization measures in India will account for many new options to emerge to invest in gold bars, gold coins, gold funds and gold options.

• Menurut FT.com, beberapa perbankan melahirkan rasa khuatir dan risau mengenai kestabilan sistem kewangan yang mengakibatkan mereka beralih arah kepada emas fizikal, termasuk mengambil alih jongkong emas dan syiling emas dan seterusnya mengalihkan/mengeluarkan pelaburan mereka dari sistem kewangan sediada.  
• Akibat dari permintaan tinggi untuk syiling emas, para peniaga emas seluruh dunia sebenarnya telah kekurangan stok syiling emas yang semakin dikenali.
• Tengoklah statement di atas, sebenarnya bankers2 sendiri pun dah cabut lari dari melaburkan wang mereka dalam sistem kewangan sedia ada.
• Semuanya dah beralih arah melabur dalam emas sebab mereka tahu akan kebolehan emas mengekang inflasi mahupun serangan spekulator matawang.

 

• According to FT.com, which recently covered an annual London Bullion Market Association meeting in Tokyo, some bankers are so worried about the security and stability of the financial system that they are putting their money into physical gold, which involves taking possession of bullion bars and coins and thus removing their investment from the financial system.
• Because of this high demand for gold coins, dealers worldwide are actually running out of stock of popular coins.

• 2 tahun yang lalu, semasa kesemua aset telah gagal untuk berfungsi, emas adalah satu-satunya aset pelaburan yang bertahan dan kekal positif.

• Walaupun tanda-tanda kemelesetan bermula sebelum Perang Dunia Kedua (kegawatan ketika pemerintahan Presiden Roosevelt),ia tidak berakhir sehinggalah pada tahun 1971, di mana Presiden Richard Nixon secara rasminya memutuskan hubungan antara emas dan U.S Dollar.

FAKTA MENARIK MENGENAI EMAS

• Melalui kaedah perlombongan emas terbaik, manusia perlu menggali dan memproses 1o tan lumpur atau batu untuk setiap auns (1 auns = 31.1 gram) emas.
